Hello!
I'm Robert, in my 30's. I'm in this fantastic townhouse located in Box Hill, a quiet communal feeling with lovely neighbours around. It's a two bedroom place, and i'm seeking for someone to take up the other room.
It's about 8 minute walk to Box Hill Central for your shopping at Woolies/Coles and heaps of asian groceries and restaurants. Box Hill Train Station and Bus Hub is within the Central and also tram stops at another 200 meters away. If you have a car, there is ample parking along the street outside the property.
The room itself will come with a desk and double bed - You're welcome to furnish your own room however you like. It has a built in wardrobe. Plus, your room will have a great overview of the whole property.
The house is also furnished with a fridge, washer and any necessary appliances which comes to mind.
I'm preferably looking for someone close to my age group (male or female), already in the working environment. Cleanliness is a must around communal areas (lounge, kitchen etc.) with shared responsibilities of household chores.
I mostly keep to myself but wouldn't like to be living with a stranger either and hopefully we'll be friends, but definitely I will respect your privacy. If you're nice, respectful and responsible with bills and household duties - I hope you'll come take the place :)
I also have an adorable female cat, who is very shy and a handsome male cat, who is very sociable. Hopefully you will be friends with them too.
Any other queries or if you would like to look at the place - Shoot a message!

I'm considered a shy extrovert, and like my own space but also love making friends and always up for a chat. I like to eat out as much as I like to cook, which is quite often :) Malaysian born and been living in different cities around Australia before coming to Melbourne.
During the week, I pretty busy with work (mostly from home) managing a business around education. My weekends are spent catching up with friends, church on Sundays, enjoying a drink over a movie or tidying up the place. I'm not a party person nor will this place be a party house, but do enjoy the occasional drinks and dinners with friends.
