Hey, we have three housemates going overseas next semester so there is going to be 3 bedrooms available at different dates in the next couple of months in this 5 bedroom house. The house is fairly large and consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms (1 with a fireplace), 2 backyard sheds (1 with a ping pong table and TV) and a decent-sized backyard/frontyard. There is plenty of space for parking cars also.
A well located 2 bedroom townhouse in Box Hill. It features a well sized lounge looking out onto a private courtyard, near a leafy and relatively quite street. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, there is storage under the stairs, and a nice sized bathroom/laundry upstairs. The location is very close to Box Hill Central (about 700-800m walk) which has a the train station for travel into the city. At Box Hill Central is also Woolworths, Coles, and Box Hill Markets for groceries, and also a number of other eateries. In the opposite direction, but just as close, is Aqualink with a well equipped gym, indoor and outdoor lap pools, spas, basketball courts, footy fields, etc. There isn't a garage spot available however should you have a car there is parking available within the complex. When my current flatmate moves out unfortunately the fridge, and dining room table will be going with him. I will look to replace the fridge initially, however should you have any of these items to add to the house that would be well received. The bedroom is well sized and would fit a queen sized bed with a desk and chest of drawers quite comfortably. Facing out towards the courtyard and the reserve beyond it has a great naturally lit outlook, however on those mornings when you want to sleep-in the room comes with good curtains which will block out a great deal of light. There are large built-in wardrobes with good storage at the top. (included photo of the room is an old photo of the room however the view is the same) While there is a powder room down stairs, the single bathroom/laundry upstairs will be shared with myself.
