Hi there, we are advertising a housemate on behalf of a lovely woman in her early 30s.

About about who you will be living with:
She is a sweet and kind person, she works 2 jobs in the city 4 days a week. In a cafe and assisting in commercial real-estate company.
In her spare time she loves listening to K pop, creating cards, ballroom dancing, sharing meals, getting her nails or hair done and relaxing at home on her Ipad.

This is a new comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the heart of Box Hill, with an undercover car space, close to public transport, shops, cafes and local amenities.
She will be moving in the start of Feb 20206 and it is her first time moving out of home so we are seeking a friendly, calm and well-organised female housemate to share compaionship and mentor, to build a warm home with.

Our goal is to help find a housemate who has strong values around creating a welcoming and inclusive home and wider community, and who are open to sharing life with a more vulnerable member of the community.

This is a unique opportunity to live according to your values, join a supportive team and have a comfortable and conveniently located home.
In exchange for a housemate’s mentorship and companionship, . and helping promote her independence and the smooth running of the home we are able to offer subsidised rent, so you would pay only $100/week. Please note there is also $400 upfront bond. The arrangement would commence in the end of Feb/start of March 2026.
