- Broadband can be either wireless (3 major telco antennas are about 200m away) or via NBN. The apartment block is wired with Foxtel cables: Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) and there is an Optus NBN modem available for use.

Hey I'm Zane and have a spare bedroom and bathroom available:
- I'm middle aged but don't mind younger or older housemates etc
- As I have the ensuite bathroom and a work desk inside my bedroom, I'm largely self-contained in my own "mini-apartment", apart from trips to the kitchen or laundry.
- I work full-time in financial services.
- I enjoy having a chat out in the living area and talking over a coffee etc. At the same time, I keep fairly busy with work and everything else in between, so you’re unlikely to see my sitting on the couch and watching TV.
At the end of the day, if you're sharing a place then there's always a bit of compromise. Good qualities in a flatmate are:

- Considerate of others
- Clean
- Pay the rent on time and don't break stuff.
