This is a lovely house in a nice area, conveniently 1.5 km down the road from box hill central. Easy on public transport and has everything you will need in a close proximity. This place is my friend's parents house, he lives in Paris so we have the place for at least another year. He hooked us up with the price so it really is good for what and where it is. The way we had it with my old housemate was basically splitting the house in 2 where the 2 rooms shown in photo's are yours to do as you please and I have 2 at the other end of the house. You have your own bathroom and we share the kitchen, laundry and backyard. We split all the bills 50/50.
