It's spacious and has a nice covered deck out the back. The bathroom is quite small but has a great shower. There is air-conditioning in the living room and central heating throughout the house. I will be looking at installing evaporative cooling, replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and painting outside in the future. I'm happy to consider furnishing the bedroom for rent but at this stage it is unfurnished. If the room is furnished then the rent will be $190 per week. We are 3 friendly and outgoing students with part-time jobs. Troy has decided to head to Canada in May so we are looking for another male to take his place! We really love the dynamics of having 2 boys and 2 girls in the house so we are pretty set on finding another male but girls we won't rule you out!
