We have a great garden come the Spring/Summer so we normally like to work outside maintaining the yard when it gets warmer.
There is an alfresco entrainment area out the back with a large living/lounge area. It is three bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a study.

The property is located super close to a supermarket, gym, and recreational pool, as well as public transport.
Plenty of off street parking, but really only able to fit one car in the driveway.
*The lease will be a 12 month arrangment from the 4th of February 2026.
Must be respectful of personal items and shared space, and be reliable with meeting rent and bills on time.

My name is Ben (30) and our other Housemate is Jesse (32). We are one young professional and one student looking for a housemate to take over a part of a lease by Late January.
We're both very sociable but can also be busy with work as one of us is full-time and the other works hospitality at varying times as well as maintaining a study schedule.
We try and keep a tidy household but as the property is larger with a garden sometimes things go astray, but come the weekend everything is clean and fresh.
We're looking for someone who is also preferably employed full-time or studying with a part time job, doesn't mind catching up at the end of the day but also values their personal time. Ben Works at Deakin University and Jesse is a student studying psychology at the same Uni.
