Hi there, I’m moving out of my two-bedroom apartment in Reid from December 2018 to mid-February 2019 – dates are flexible. The apartment is located in the Monterey Apartment Complex in the CBD behind the Canberra Centre, and is just 5 minutes walk from Civic. The room is $230 per week for a single, and $300 for a couple, plus $30 for a single per month for Internet ($20 each for couples). We don’t pay for water, and electricity is split equally.
