The apartment is split level and pretty spacious, with a balcony overlooking Lonsdale Street (great for checking out the vibes at Assembly). It's largely furnished (except your room), but there's definitely space to add some decor or your grade 3 macaroni art to make it feel like home. The apartment gets great light in the morning, and has a good sized kitchen and dining table for all your entertaining or WFH needs. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Canberra Centre or the bus interchange, and less than 2 minutes to Club Lime, Sonoma or the saloon.

About the room:
- Room is 3x2.8m plus a built in robe. It's unfurnished besides a queen bed, which can be removed if you have your own
- Private bathroom next to the room
- The room opens up into a private terrace - perfect for an afternoon coffee
- Parking maybe available

About you:
I'm looking for someone who's a similar age and working full time, and keen to be part of a social house - someone who's down to hang out or go for a drink/watch a movie at times, while respecting each other's personal space/need for downtime.
