🌿 Braddon sublet (1 Mar to 14 Apr) | Big private space | Furnished | $280/wk incl bills

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to sublet my room/space in our Braddon share house from 1 March to 14 April (about 6 weeks)! Can be flexible on the dates, happy to chat. Would be great for anyone in between leases or in Canberra short-term.

🌿 The space:
You will have the whole red-circled area on the floor plan to yourself, which includes the living and dining zones. It’s huge and feels more like a private studio setup than a normal share-house room - lots of natural light, very quiet, and opens onto the courtyard/patio.

🌿 Furniture:
The room will be set up a little differently to the photos, but it will be very similar. Will come furnished with a bed + desk + similar basic setup for you to use.

House/location:
📍 Braddon, 10 min walk from Lonsdale St, 15 min walk to the city
🏡 Lovely outdoor area / patio and garden
🍳 Fully equipped and modern kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, oven etc)
📶 Wi-Fi included in the rent
🚗 Parking: street parking available, plus parking in the driveway

🌿 The house:
You’ll be living with Zoe, Tessa, Kate and Eva. Very friendly housemates in their early to mid 20s, who are always down for a chat but also respectful of privacy & quiet time. Everyone works full time and has their own schedules, and appreciates a tidy and calm home.

🌿 Who we’re looking for:
Looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easygoing, who is also looking for a calm home vibe. Ideally working or studying full time, respectful of shared spaces, and good with communication.

💰 Cost: $280/week incl. bills
