The roomis becoming vacating in the next couple of weeks. Exact date is still to be confirmed. There's a total of 5 'rooms' in the property for residents - 3 are outside separate studio type rooms and the other 2 are inside rooms. 4 are currently tenanted, and 1 is now available. This listing is for one of the outside studio's which is a self contained room with aircon, fridge, bed, cupboard, side draw and a small table. Furniture can be negotiated if not needed.
