This house is situated in a lovely quiet street. It is close to local shops, which include buses as well as having on street parking readily available. A beautiful dog lives with me and you will have access to your own bathroom and toilet. Internet is included and bills are split evenly- water and electricity. There is the possibility of having separate living areas if needed or happy to share a living area. I do not have many guests to my house, so privacy is not an issue :) BBQ is supplied if you wish to cook using this.

What's Covered Utilities include electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless nbn complete optical fiber internet (as opposed to the cheaper NBN with the cooper to the door) Netflix and fetch TV. There are not extra bills to pay. Cleaning Everyone has a designated job that takes roughly one hour a week. In addition to this everyone has a daily job like sweep the kitchen floor. For those that do not want to clean this can be done on your behalf for $15 extra per week for the hour. Option to Work The option to work for extra cash is available to tenants. $15 per hour is paid. Jobs may included cleaning, gardening, handy work, cleaning pet cages and more. ONLY a 5-10min walk to Uni SA, Mawson Lakes!! This apartment is modern with a clean, spacious feel. It is on the top level and has a nice view from the balcony. The building is secure, and room 1 ($220) also comes with a secure parking space. There is airconditioning in the living area and built in robes in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath so you can relax after a long week studying or working. A the laundry is separate to the bathroom. Due to the nature of the building, this is apartment is not suited to 'parties' and would be better suited to students or working professionals as loud noise is not permitted. All in all this is a fantastic apartment in an excellent location! Only a short walk to Uni or to the promenade cafe's and shops!
I live here by myself, although my 2 month old grandson will stay at times. It's a quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very secure and you would have access to a lockup garage and your own entry. I have Foxtel and WiFi that you can utilise. I have a couple of pets including a very friendly dog and a carpet snake who stays in her vivarium :).
