We have great beautiful walking/ bike riding trails and is part of our backyard view. (I can give you a bike to use anytime while you stay.) I keep a clean house and bathroom's Charcoal BBQ available I like to cook so expect a meal here and there being provided.

This property offers wifi and that is including with rent. it also has air conditioning. I have one bedroom with built in wardrobes available for rent. I have a washing machine and dryer. I'd like my future roomates to respect the furniture and house and keeping it clean. Rent is to also always be paid to me on time.
