I'd like to find a male or female housemate to share in 3 bedroom home with myself (owner) The room features, queen size bed (you will need your own bedding), built in robe, ducted evap AC, ducted heating, privacy door lock, roller shutter, ceiling fan and antenna point.
The home has an alarm system, security cameras, pool and a gym. The home is about 200 metres from nearest bus stop and a 10 to 15 min walk to Salisbury train/ bus interchange.
The room is available now and applicants should be employed fulltime, part time hours ok if studying or have regular hours, neat and tidy, quiet, non smoker, no drugs no pets and respect each others privacy and property, someone who cleans up after themselves and happy to help with some chores.

About the flatmates
About me, partnered, I own the home and I work fulltime with a freight train company week of days then a week of afternoon shifts including weekends, I travel overseas a couple times a year and when home I like to relax watching tv and catch up on chores on my days off, usually not home much as I like to be out running cycling or gym with my partner. I'm friendly and will try my best to make you feel welcome and comfortable in the home.
