This house is a unique building that embraces the history of the state and country. It was built by A multi millionare who established Adelaide's economy - in the 1890's and has been renovated throughout the years. In the early 90's it was known as the 'Flash House' and is still stunning. All those who lived in this house were highly respected people, and each one of them did their bit in maintaining the building. It is made of solid bluestone and just beautiful to look at. I recently bought this house to live in myself (And it was a challenge buying this house as higher offers kept coming!), however due to other commitments i have chosen to live at my other property. Separate entrance to maintain your privacy, 2 bedrooms to do with as you want, there is a leather lounge, Large TV, and Stereo with plenty of movies etc to watch in one bedroom and the other bedroom has a new bed with mattress and cupboards to set up as your own. Kitchen and Laundry facilities are shared, however I only use the laundry once a week and there is a middle door that separates the two areas so you and I can enjoy our privacy. Whole bathroom and separate toilets as well. I have a black lab who is friendly so I am ok with pets as long as they get along and they can sleep inside as long as they are cleaned up after. The backyard is tidy and has an outdoor setting, parking is ample off street, smokers are welcome outside only. Ceiling fans in both rooms and a refrigerated air con that you can use as well to keep cool. All bills are included in the price, unlimited internet and private access.
Living in this area is quiet with a walking path and park area directly opposite. Local shopping and gym is around the corner, bus stop at the end of the street, quality pubs nearby, Par 3 golf course around 100m down the road and the train station around a 20 minute walk away which directly passes Mawson Lakes on the way to the city. The home has a split level hot and cold air con and there's plenty of sufficient space to always find somewhere to relax inside or out. This property offers wifi it also has air conditioning and is furnished besides one of the spare bedrooms. I have one bedroom with a spare bed made up but if you have your own i can easily take it down for you! Both bedrooms for rent have built in wardrobes. I have a washing machine and dryer.
