My house is close to a lot of things, tea tree plaza (7min drive), Mawson Lakes (6 min drive), Semaphore (15 -20min drive) lots of public transport options, only 25min drive to the CBD. The room is set to be painted in the next week or so therefore it will be freshly painted and will have new floor coverings. There is a double bed with bambillo mattress topper, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe In the room currently But I’m able to move them out if they aren’t needed. I'm not one for big parties but am happy to have people over. It is 8 minutes from Parabanks and Hollywood Plaza and 10 minutes from Elizabeth shopping centre.There are parks at either end of the street if you enjoy a walk/run. The neighbours are nice and quiet. There is a nice big yard and a garden shed too. Bills & internet are included. Unfortunately, my landlord won't allow another dog or cat.
