Bills are split between the house and internet is $18 per month. We are a quieter house during the week, busy with work, uni and sport but enjoy having fun on the weekend. The house is close to the racecourse, shops, Beaumont st, transport, Broadmeadow railway station, the beach and city. We are looking for a someone in their early to mid twenties who is social, clean and tidy and enjoys going to the beach and sport. Please no couples, kids or pets.

The house is in an amazing location just off Beaumont street, so all of the fun none of the noise. All the coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and clubs you want. it is 10-15 minutes to the beach, so an easy drive. Very close to the Hamilton train station so easy to get to uni or anywhere the train goes. the house has all the appliances you need fridge, freezer, washing washing machine, gas stove, a good oven and all the cooking and eating utensils you could require. A big TV with fox-tel hooked up and unlimited internet, the lounge is also super comfy. There is a large backyard with an ping pong table and hammock set up. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished, it currently has a queen size bed, large desk, large set of draws and a wardrobe. It is fairly big and can get a breeze through the window.

Our home is super close to Waratah Village (Coles and 24 hour Kmart). Also we have the Georgetown shops right on the corner of our street. (Fruit and veg shop, butchers, take away shop, post office, bottlo 😉, and a few others) House features tall ceilings, wooden floor boards , air conditioning. The room is a decent size too. We have a lovely courtyard and lawn out the back fully in closed. Also have a shed to store car or things. I do own a dog and two cats. Cats outside during the day very chilled. Dog is adorable. So anyone applying must get along with animals. Also anyone applying has to be neat and tidy and able to clean up after themselves. I cannot stress this enough.
Adamstown is very central. Westfield Kotara is around the corner. There is a bus stop across the road (which isn't that much of a bonus now, with the new timetables :(). The house is large and roomy, the bedrooms are also large. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 9 chickens, so I can't fit many more pets in, but if you come with a cat or fish or other small beasts, I am sure we can accommodate them too. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. What's included: Rent, electricity, water, internet, basic 'shared' supplies (dish & fabric detergent, toilet rolls, tissues, hand wash), the first flatmate also gets the driveway for off-street parking if they need it. I'm willing to negotiate on the rent if you're willing to negotiate on the inclusions.

Our humble home is located in Merewether, great location for someone who loves the beach, pubs and food! The house is fully furnished we're just waiting to get a pool table for the front room so you just need your bedroom furniture and things! We have a double garage and one spot for off street parking. It is next to a massive reserve so you can frolic around if you wish, there is no grass out the back but in saying that we have a very lush courtyard which makes you feel at home! The bedroom has a built in robe and has a queen bed and side tables in there at the moment with a little bit of room to spare, if you have a double bed you would have plenty of room for a desk as well. The bedroom also looks over the lush court yard! Measurements - Room - 295m x 265m, Wardrobe - 125m x 50m Rent is paid weekly ($175) which includes unlimited interwebs, utility bills are paid every 3 months which is split between three.
