About the property
This is a gorgeous home with 3 meter high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a great layout with a kitchen dining room and separate lounge room so everyone has their own space when they want it. The bedrooms I am letting are very large with a queen beds, bedside tables and one with a sofa, TV and bar Fridge. I have heaps of outdoor, undercover spaces as well as a garden. I am 2 minutes walk from waratah station and a great location for getting to Uni, the Mater hospital and it's an easy bus ride straight into town. I travel each week for a few days sometimes more. I have just finished renovating so the house is beautifully appointed and decorated. I love to cook and enjoy lots of genres of music. I am very tidy and as it is my home keep it beautifully clean.

I love cooking, seeing live music and working-out. I work from home some days and travel to Sydney for work most weeks. I am a graphic designer and work mostly with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands so I love art and popular culture. I have a partner and stay at his home and he sometimes stays with me. My house has just been completely renovated so it is beautifully appointed. I have a cat and gorgeous small dog, he is so cute, he also goes everywhere I go, so no dog sitting expected!
