This house has been great to live in because it is very functional with a recently renovated kitchen which makes cooking and cleaning up easy. The house is a brick veneer home which is easy to keep cool in the summer months with a range of air conditioners in each room and also warm in the winter time. The house has a great backyard with three different citrus trees and a big grassed area which is kept nice by myself because I like practicing golf in the backyard. The house is situated in a great proximity to Carindale shopping centre and is super close to bulimba creek which has a variety of walking trails. there is a main bus terminal only two minutes walk from the front door.
