Hi there.
Non-smoker. Female only.
Rent to be paid two weeks in advance at all times. A deposit of two weeks required and is non-refundable but can be used as notice to vacate and for cleaning or any damage made during your time here.
You’ll be sharing an ensuite with a a female.
The bedroom has a double mattress, two side tables, drawers and a walk-in robe.

A non-refundable $100 cleaning fee will be required.
A $200 deposit required and will be returned when keys and fobs are returned. If keys and fobs are not returned there will be no refund.
Lock up car space available.
Literally three minutes walk to Westfield Carindale. The complex has a gym and a large pool. I have a cat and another flat mate.
Undercover private parking and access to gym and pool. All expenses included in the rent.
I work from home so my home office is set up in a corner of the downstairs.
No other pets allowed.
