I am seeking 1 room mate - preferably mature age, must be LGBTIQA+ friendly, and willing to keep shared spaces tidy.
Available are two private rooms with private bathroom (including separate shower and bath) (non furnished).
There is storage in the garage available and 1 other garage car space suitable for standard car or bike, not suitable for a truck or tall van.
The house is 4 bedroom- with shared living, dining and kitchen (fully furnished). There is a fully fenced backyard (only accessible through the house).
There are no stairs in the property however the driveway is exceptionally steep and might not be suitable for wheelchairs.
We are in carindale, however are closer to the highway and Citipointe school compared to carindale shopping centre

My partner stays over a few nights a week when she is in Brisbane
