Great house in a fantastic location. Right next to Hipster Collingwood and just a short walk to Fitzroy, but tucked away on a quiet street. What could be better? Nice spacious house with an outdoor area for BBQs, even complete with a lemon tree. Large double bedroom (furnished) with hipster style scaffolding clothes hanger, desk, chair and drawers. Features A/c with reverse cycle heater too. The other bedroom is slightly smaller (but easily big enough for a double bed, although this one will come unfurnished). Bond is $1360 for both rooms, and going on the lease is a must. It's a sociable house but not a party house. But obviously we're not adverse to having friends round for a BBQ and plenty of drinks!
