The Eastern Freeway is connected easily with Trenerry Crescent on the back route so you will never have to see major peak hour traffic along Hoddle Road if you are heading out to the suburbs. The property is close to many nice cafes, coffee shops, bars, supermarket, gym and even a local farmers market (Collingwood Farm/Convent!! There is a lot to explore around this area! It's on the top floor of the apartment looking out towards Richmond! The views in the mornings are the best! You can often see hot air balloons floating their way over Abbotsford. The room is already furnished with a double bed and blankets/pillows. (Feel free to bring your own furniture/decor if you'd like) There is a double mirror wardrobe, and plenty of storage under the bed compartments too. You will have your own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, washing machine and dryer. There is also a small study area where I have left my laptops and desktops to do work at home. We also have an outdoor terrace with a bbq. There is a spare parking space for your car as well. It is warm during the Winter and has air conditioning during the Summer. Looking for someone to stay minimum 3 months... maximum 1 year...! and perhaps recruit or find a new flat mate once I depart Australia to travel to Canada in Feb 2018.
