You'll be in the heart of Collingwood, walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants, supermarket etc with the 86 tram just around the corner. The house is a modern, spacious double storey house on a quiet street, with a backyard as well as office space. You'll have a large room to yourself, along with a large shared bathroom (only share with one other person). All the rooms have aircon, and there's also an additional toilet downstairs. The kitchen and lounge room are huge, with Netflix and Stan on demand on the large screen tv. There's also a separate laundry room (not included in the pictures). We try our best to keep the place clean and tidy, but it also helps that we have a cleaner come once a week :)

Looking for a tenant to fill a spacious room going in a four story town-house, situated within the heart of Collingwood (less than a one minute walk from Smith Street). Unfortunately our previous flatmate has had to move back to the UK quite suddenly, hence the space! HI, I live in an amazing and huge office conversion in Collingwood. It's 3 levels and has a double car garage and a café worthy deck. City views and a very big office space to share. On the bottom floor is a self contained studio with its own entrance. It has a storage space, a huge main bedroom, an ensuite toilet and shower and a massive walk in robe. You can pull into the cobblestone street, open the garage door with your electric opener and park and unlock your OWN studio. You are also welcome to the rest of the house across the other two floors where the office is and the kitchen and deck. You should like dogs as there is a dog at the property most of the time, called Moe and he's a jack Russell x pug small dog and fully trained. Come for a visit you will love it as much as I do the place is impressive as hell and everyone thinks it's awesome to hang in!

My 2 bedroom Townhouse is located in Collingwood on Mater Street but entry off Budd street... It confuses the hell out of uber and deliveroo drivers. It's newly built so features are all shmick and current. I've added some realestate photos and taken a couple too. It was a cloudy day so they are a bit dark. We're in a great location, only a few minutes walk from trendy Smith and Brunswick Streets with a tram stop just up the road. Not too far from the Eastern Freeway. There's a car spot out the back, permits for street parking available. Our balcony faces north/west so it’s direct sun all arvo (perfect position to dry the clothes). Great spot to chill out. Your room would be the one behind the bathroom. I'm in the front room that has the surfboard... hasn't seen a wave in 12 months :) Looking for a 3-6 month roomie with the possibility of staying on.

This place is now available only for a girl. It’s a very big room and you can live with super nice and friendly roommates. And they are usually busy and not stay at home. So many restaurants, cafe and shops near the house so if you are looking for a job, you can get one easily. Toilet paper is provided and dryer machine is so nice and comfortable. Look no further. The house is large bluestone in good condition with a big back garden, courtyard, library and lounge. It's halfway between Brunswick st and Carlton Gardens. We have lots of plants, compost system and worm farms and we're very big on recycling and sustainability. My Homestay in Abbotsford, is a great apartment for International students or workers wanting a very quiet place to live. Its just a 5 min walk to the tram in Victoria St Richmond ( tram 109) which goes directly to the CBD or to the Collingwood or North Richmond train stations which are a couple of stops from the CBD. There are supermarkets, cafes and shops all close by. I have one large cosy furnished bedroom with its own private bathroom available on January 14th 2019. The townhouse has 4 levels with a beautiful rooftop terrace. If you are looking for a peaceful welcoming place this would be perfect. Located in the picturesque inner city suburb of Abbotsford, a stone’s throw from the Yarra River and all its great parklands is my cute little two bedroom terrace house. Being only 3kms from Melbourne’s CBD makes Abbotsford really great for its locality and convenience to most parts of Melbourne, wedged in between Richmond and Collingwood you won’t struggle to find a place to eat or a bar to drink, matter of fact there is a cool little pub just down the road and some of Melbourne best coffee served at either end of the street! The mass amounts of parkland along the river is amazing, you can walk or ride along one of the paved paths that will lead you into town or you can be a little more adventurous and try running one of the goats trails or even brave some of the mountain bike tracks! At the front of the house is a 3.5 x 3.7mtr bedroom, with rather high ceilings and a large east facing window looking out over the street with its beautiful big Dutch Elms providing great shade in the summer! The room is currently being used an office, however bedroom furniture can be provided should it be required. Furnishings available for the room include a Queen size bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table, all of which are modern century pieces! I can even assist in linen if need be. The house is well equipped for most lovers of cooking, an amazing gas stove top electric oven and all the right cookware along with appliances are on hand, with the exception of a microwave, there is even three various BBQs and a Pizza Oven all outside and undercover overlooking a great little garden with apple and peach trees about to fruit! Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries and Rhubarb can also be found in amongst a plethora of other herbs. Plenty of space to plant your own veggies too! Internet, Netflix and Stan are all included in the weekly rent too! Smokers are more than welcome to apply, yet with the knowledge all smoking is to be done outside, thanks!
