It's a 3 bedroom free-standing house, with a 2 car garage, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet. All the normal stuff, kitchen, lounge, etc. and we have a little courtyard out the back. The room itself is a decent size, the current flatmate has a double bed and desk in there at the moment. It has built in robes, and a window. The bathroom for the room is shared with 1 other person, who is rarely home. Bills are on top of rent, but they're split four ways, so they work out pretty cheap. The room is advertised as being available for the 13th of Feb, but it might be a couple of days before hand if required.
