The house is not far from city and easy to traveling just 10 mins by Tram and the station just across the road. The location is amazing. The 86 is 30 seconds away or you can walk into the city in 20 minutes while on a little side street so still nice and quiet. Available from 7th August - rent is $325/week plus bills The apartment itself is split between two levels giving a little more privacy. Downstairs is the living area, a courtyard and the kitchen which is brand new and includes a dishwasher (yay!), upstairs are the two bedrooms which connect to a balcony and the shared bathroom.
