This is a loved home and I am looking for new additions to the pad. Ideally someone in their late 20s to mid/late 30s and experienced in share houses.
Cleaning and other daily/weekly chores around the house are done in an organic way. Common sense is all that is required. These arrangements are flexible and be changed depending on preferences.
The mid-floor is perfect for hosting dinner parties and having friends over. Weekdays are pretty quiet and keep a respectable noise level. The couch is the place to wind down and enjoy watching a movie.
The pad can host a WFH (depending on synergy). The neighborhood is very quiet during the night and weekends.

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey. Have been living abroad since 18 and I call Australia my new home. I am in my mid 30s and chef by trade. I work in sales for a primary producer in NSW. I am based in Melbourne. I travel a lot because of my position for domestic and overseas.
Love a glass of red or a nice home-cooked meal. I love hosting friends and the house is perfect for having friends over for dinner.
I am a regular at the gym which is around the corner and always keen to go for a gig over the weekend.
Will is late 20s and works for the government. He also does WFH from time to time and also travels for work as well. If you are a runner, you will get along pretty well as he churns out marathons left right and centre.
We keep a drama free house and enjoy occasional meals together.
