This apartment really is in the best location possible. It’s not quite Cannes, but maybe just maybe, it’s the Cannes of Melbourne (it’s not). A stone’s throw from Smith St and Gertrde St, with all the best that Collingwood has to offer right on the doorstep. Restaurants, bars, cafés and a gigantic Coles next door. I’ve never had a problem purchasing avocados here. Did I mention Messina is close by? No, I didn’t? Well it is, and it is life changing. Transport wise, the tram is a hop, skip and a jump away, while the nearest train station is a 15 minute stroll. I’ve never ran it, but running would probably make it a quicker journey (or slower, depending on your fitness level). The apartment is both cute and functional. Do you get cold in the Winter and hot in the Summer? Of course you do. Well never fear, because a badass reverse cycle air unit lives in the living room. I call him Frank Reynolds. Your room, to be straight up only has an internal window, but rest assured it still gets plenty of light. It is 3.5m x 2.5m.
