Looking for a tidy, respectful tenant to share my cosy, well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Collingwood. LGBTQ+ preferred, but all are welcome.
The bedroom is bright and comfortable. It is currently unfurnished, but can be furnished if preferred (rent to be adjusted accordingly). There is currently a work desk in the room, which will be removed before the tenant moves in.
The apartment is in an excellent inner-city location:
