It has fantastic views of the harbour and you will be living on your own for most of the time. There is a lot of storage space for your stuff. It is 7 min brisk walk to Newcastle beach. The gardens outside the building are very tranquil and great place to sit and relax. Most of the people in the building (24 apartments) are owner-occupiers so the building is very well maintained and good security. You will have the master double bedroom and I will have the second smaller bedroom.

The unit is a great little place in an awesome location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to two pubs close by. Its also very close to the Junction Shopping centre and a myriad of restaurants and Coffee shops. Its also close to public transport with bus stops at each end of the street. The unit is on the second floor with a small balcony which is great for breakfast on a sunny morning or afternoon drinks it also gets the warm afternoon sun. The communal areas of unit is furnished, however the bedroom on offer is not furnished. The bedroom is a good size and has great storage in the built-in wardrobe. Downstairs there is a laundry which is shared with the rest of the block's tenants. There is separate washing machines for each unit however there is no dryer available, only a clothes line.
