There’s air conditioning on the second floor in the living areas and a balcony off this area which has a super cool view of the city, a double tandem garage (so off street parking and plenty of storage space), plus it is so close to literally all the good things about Newcastle (the beach, bars, eateries and everything else). The room is unfurnished and if you have any furniture that you want to bring for other parts of the house, feel free. The bathroom for the room would only be shared with 1 other person (2ppl for 1 bathroom). Other than that, the house is really spacey and theres a lot of light :-)
