I live in a beautiful apartment in Cooks Hill with two bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower and bath), a moderate sized kitchen, large open lounge area and a study room off to the side. The best part about the apartment is the massive balcony area we have. Lots of space for entertaining or just sitting outside with a wine and a good book. It does overlook Harris farm, BUT you could see that as a big plus as well, being so close to an awesome shop. We are a 5-10 minute walk from Bar beach, the Junction and Market Town and a 2 minute walk to Darby street with all the bars/shops/restaurants. If you're a gym junkie or enjoy team sports every now and then we are also very close to the Genesis gym.
