I live in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse at the Hill. The room is a nice size with a built in robe and the 3rd bedroom is a study/spare room. However you can choose which room you prefer. I don't mind which one is the study. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs so both of us have our own bathroom. Plus another downstairs. The house is fully furnished but any extra furniture can be accommodated. There is also a double garage for bikes, surfboards and your car. I park on the street. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, balcony and bathroom as well as garage parking. Great little two bedroom apartment in the city close to the harbour, beaches, pubs, clubs and transport. The apartment is tri/split level with the kitchen, lounge and dining on the middle level and bedrooms down the bottom. There's a balcony off the lounge room with nice harbour views. The room itself is pretty big and comes with its own ensuite and balcony. The apartment is conveniently across the road from the new Newcastle Interchange and backs onto Hunter St. I own a washer and dryer but may lose the furniture so if you own anything that would be great! The property is in the heart of Hunter street Mall. There are plenty of cafes and shops right on the door step. It's only a 10min walk to the beach and a 5min walk to the harbour. You can also see the harbour from our balcony. Now that its also coming into summer the places also has aircon!!! This place would better suit 9-5 workers due to parking restriction on week days as we can't get parking permits. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is minus where a dining table would go.
