We have a clean and tidy house and are hoping to find someone who lives similarly to us.
The room is a decent size and has a built in wardrobe. Currently our spare queen sized bed is in the room, this can be taken out or kept should it be needed.
There’s some garage space for storage and the street usually always has a park close by.
There’s also a terraced area that is communal for the building.
The flat is located conveniently close to supermarkets, the beach and cafes and restaurants.
