Hi there, I recently began renting in Croydon and I have 1 room available for rent. The house is an older unit with living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. Rooms will be available after May 20th There are 2 independent toilets/2 bathrooms in total. I have my own bathroom and you will be sharing with one other person. The house is furnished with the usual sort of stuff to be self sufficient- gas cooking, washing machine, gas heater in the lounge area and unlimited broadband internet. Pictures form part of the description. Please note - Room is unfurnished with Built in Wadrobes, but I have an old single bed/frame available if required. In addition to the above details, off-street parking(carport) is available only for 1 vehicle.
