Quiet, neat. I'm friendly but also require decency and respect for neighbours and myself. I'm a musician but I'm good at what I do so no offensive noise but plenty of it (I have a private room for that but you will hear me during day and early evening on occasion). I have room for some storage in a locked garage (approximately a small car space). I don't stand for substance abuse or smoking and will need to approve of visitors.
Our street is quiet and only 7 mins from Geelong City Centre. All the neighbours know each other as we all built 3 years ago at the same time. Public transport near by. Leopold Plaza and Gym within walking distance and close to the Bellarine Rail Trail.

Plenty of on street parking is available to housemates in a very safe and quiet court in Leopold. Housemates will share the house, kitchen and dining/living areas with the owners and other housemate, but will have their own living room. The bathroom and toilet is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms, but is separate from the owners ensuite. The house is located less than 100m to closest bus stop (buses frequently go into Geelong, and to towns on the Bellarine Peninsula) and is central to Geelong CBD, restaurants, waterfront, beaches, wineries, towns on the Bellarine and Great Ocean Road. It is walking distance to the Bellarine Rail trail and the Gateway Plaza shopping centre. The local shopping centre Gateway Plaza has an Anytime Fitness Gym, Coles, Aldi, K-Mart, Bunnings, cafes and restaurants, hair salons as well as a variety of clothes shops. The house has a great garden, with fantastic outdoor undercover entertaining areas and a BBQ. Housemates can use the spacious kitchen and utensils for cooking. The laundry (washing machine and dryer) as well as an iron and ironing board are also available for housemates to use. Housemates will also have access to unlimited nbn internet (Wi-Fi). There are 2 separate living areas inside the house, with TV's that are set up to the internet and are connected to Netflix for the housemates to use. My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.

Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We're very close to Newcomb Central and Bellarine Village shopping centres. Geelong CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away, there is a 24 hour gym around the corner and Public transport is easily accessible. I have unlimited cable internet which is included in the rent, as is gas, electricity and water All applications will go through the real estate agent, as you will be joining me on the lease but the agent and the property owner are great people.
The house is a 2 story 4 bedroom with a large backyard. There is a BBQ and shed. We have unlimited wifi which is split along with bills. The house has air conditioning and a gas stove/oven. We like to keep parties at the house to a minimum, and clean your dishes before the end of the day. Meals are seperate aswell. Looking for a vegetarian housemate, that doesn't ever drink alcohol or use drugs (so boring I know) and gets home before 11:30pm most nights. Have to say that first to avoid wasting peoples time reading through the ad. I also have two cats (they mostly live outdoors and in the shed) so not able to accommodate for more pets. If you eat meat, drink or smoke then please do not contact me. We want someone who will fit in here. I used to party but am now doing some work which requires I be sober. We also want someone who is an A grade movie star who is preparing for a role as a vegetarian housemate. Is that being too specific? Park over the road with sports ovals. Quiet street. 5 minute bike ride to beach. The house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint but most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. If you like gardening there is plenty of space to grow whatever you like. There is a veggie patch that you can help yourself to. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Ceiling fan in room. Chilled out housemates. The lounge is a t.v. free space, there is space if needed for another couch, or yoga. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease but so long as we get along there shouldn't be a reason you cant stay for 12 months or more. If you are from a warm climate and would be using a heater while you sleep during Winter or if you use an air conditioner then that is at extra cost, otherwise all bills are included.
For a start of APRIL move in!! Amazing location. I have been here for nearly two years and it’s so good. I am a 26 year old male and work here as a property valuer, I enjoy travel, sports, media, food and relaxing! The house is 2 bedrooms with built in robes in each room, with a recently updated kitchen and bathroom, timber floorboards in common areas (bedrooms are carpeted). Again, the location is what sets this apart, the beach is literally on the other side of the road. Also, I am in the CBD so everything is walking distance. Plenty of room for your car and storage. I need someone clean, reliable, mature, respectful and laid back. I am going overseas for a few months so am contemplating getting off the lease so you may Have the opportunity to get a friend of yours to move in when that time comes after a few months.
