Rent includes electricity. Five minutes walk from the Slacks Creek bus interchange. It is designed for a single, full time WORKING person. The occupant hopefully will be considerate enough to use headphones, every time she likes to listen to louder type music, as the rest of the house is peaceful. The place wouldn't suit if you make a bit of noise. Just saying. At the rear of the property is the flowing Slacks Creek itself. For those who like to chill out, sitting under the trees besides the flowing water is great therapy. You can't ask for much better than this in a big city. It's a great open plan house, above average standard for a rental. Has a homely feel, all the mod cons (dishwasher, air conditioning) and a lovely outlook onto the pool and backyard and outdoor bbq area. The back deck is really long and covered for both an entertaining area and clothes hanging! I have a Telstra NBN account that I've just started and the internet is fast and problem free. It costs me $80/mth and I'd like to share that cost. The street has friendly neighbours who wave but everyone keeps to themselves. It's a quiet spot close to Woolies, Aldi and Coles and very close to the bus stops.
