rooms are $$350 per week per person or for couples $450
bills are included in rent
There’s few bathrooms in house if you want to us your own bathroom you’ll have to had extra $50 per week on your weekly rent
house is close to shopping centre and very close to water in beautiful Redland Bay Area not far from Russell island and all other small islands on the water
Please note 4 weeks rent has to be paid upfront before moving in together with bond of $1600
Please note you can have your families and friends over for a visit or for bbq during the day but sleep overs are NOT allowed because I don’t have spare room or a spare bed in the house
and please provide me with few references before moving in
