The house is recently renovated with double glazing and insulation, it tends to be warm even on cold winter days. There are great views of the mountain and the city. There's a large deck which is great for BBQs during the summer months. Walking and riding trails up the mountain are only a stones throw from the house. It's a 10 minute bike ride or half an hour walk into the city and an even shorter walk to UTAS.
It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible.
