About the property
The house is a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs. With a self contained unit downstairs (separated to upstairs with its own entry)
It was built in 1905 and has been recently renovated including a new kitchen and bathroom.
It gets plenty of sun and have a nice view of the city. The fire place is nice and cozy during the colder months. All the rooms have electric wall heaters also.
The kitchen is great to cook in and has a dishwasher. We have everything you need in it that you’re welcome to use.
Bathroom has a beautiful bath and is nice and modern. Stacks of hot water (we’ve never run out).
There have a large backyard and a great outdoor space in the front yard. If you’re into vegetable gardens you’re very welcome to plant in the garden beds out the back although we do have a Roo and some wallaby’s that hang out down there quite a bit!
The house is fully furnished but if you have your own bed we are able to remove them.

Hey there!
We are renting out rooms in our recently purchased home in West Hobart. We’ve been living in the house for 3/4 years and love it, but we are now both moving out.
