About the flatmates
Please note: Couple will be $35 more per week, and shorter term is negotiable with slightly higher rate.
Nick, the current tenant is moving back to Sydney as he finishes his doctor contract work in Hobart, hence we have to lease our beloved home!
Our house have two stories, upstairs is consisted of two bedrooms and one newly renovated bathroom, one toilet. So is the kitchen and amazing living room.
We have two other bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs so making it a total of four bedrooms.
At the moment, downstairs we have two girls both work in medical industry, one is Australian and one is from Germany.
We are recruiting new semi long term tenant to fill up one of our upstairs bedrooms, who would certainly enjoy the newly renovated shower room with heated floor and towel rack, and double glazed window ( trust me, you need them in Hobart! )
