We live in trendy Toowoomba City. It is walking distance to TAFE, Queens Park, lovely cafes and the CBD. The house is very cute and we love the cottage garden. It is a healthy lifestyle here as it is a short walk or bike ride to everything with public transport close by. Park the car and save dollars on petrol. If you go out at night you will not have to catch a taxi here. Lovely lifestyle choice.
The house is fully furnished all that needed is you! It has been used for backpackers, young professionals and students in the past. There is no minimum or maximum stay. It is an wooden cottages fully furnished including a collection of indoor plants. The rent includes unlimited wifi, electricity and water bills. There is one room available suitable for an individual or a couple. It is located in Toowoomba City so is walking distance from restaurants, pubs, theater and clubs. There is a shopping center across the road but it is located on a quite street.
The property is only small, but it's nice and cozy. We are up a long driveway sandwiched between 2 other units, which makes it feel very safe. There is a garage, but it's not really big enough to park in and small outdoor area that I garden in, and we often use for BBQs and gatherings. The kitchen and lounge space is all one big room, and down a hallway is the 2 bedrooms, separated by the bathroom and a seperate toilet. And thats it. Easy, simple, not much to clean. There is a washing machine in the garage, but no drier, just the good old fashioned clothes line, we have a fridge, reverse cycle aircon, oven, electric stove, microwave, TV and a dishwasher. There is a few gyms pretty close if you're a gymmer, and we are about a $9 taxi from the centre of town. Right near parks too. The current occupant of the room will be taking most of the room furnishings when she goes, but would probably sell you the bed if you asked real nice. She's moving as she's bought a cafe, but sadly in another town.
