So about my little house.. It is a really warm and homey house. Walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. About me.. Well I am digital marketing so I work full time, have a few side businesses that I’m always working on as well. I run everyday with my dog (Arlie) at the beach so my housemate would have to be comfortable with him. He is the biggest chiller ever, friendliest, laziest dog. I love baking, chilling with a wine and relaxing at nights. Nothing phases me too much as long as you are clean and respectful! ☺️☺️
New 3 bedroom townhouse located in Edithvale (800m from the beach, train station and shops). Our home is very tidy and relaxing, and we would be able to give you lots of privacy (not a party house!). We are both easy going, live healthy lifestyles and love travelling. We are essentially renting out the downstairs area, which consists of a lounge room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and courtyard. The bedrooms are fully furnished (double bed, bedside table, desk and built in robes) and have heating/cooling. Gas, electricity, Netflix, internet (pending NBN installation) and a great coffee machine provided! ☺️
The property is 250 metres from the beach, the 24 hr gym is a 5 minute walk away, they charge $12/ week. The train station is 500 metres from our front door. The house has a balcony accessible from the two rooms, there is an outside deck area, home is very neat and tidy and clean. I live on the property so everything is always in order, we respect your space and privacy, yet we all get together for one night for dinner and a glass of wine, a communal feast. The cleanliness and tidiness is a must. Not a party house, its a home. The house has gas heating and evaporation cooling, a Weber barbeque, outdoor area to barbeque. Respect for each other's privacy is premium.
My house is one of a pair only joined by a garage. My room & ensuite is at the front of the house. The room I'm offering is divided by kitchen/living area. See the photo of the hallway. This leads off to your bedroom, bathroom, powder room (toilet) and shared large laundry. My daughters bedroom is there also, but she's home about 50% of the time. She's 22yo. I have an L-shaped garden with clothes line and veggie garden including young citrus trees. The house is 5 mins walk to the stunningly beautiful local beach and 5 mins to Edithvale train station. Easy drive to shops and supermarket (or 15 min walk). Great local restaurants and cafes.
A lovely new townhouse in Edithvale - available now, you'll have your own room, own bathroom and there is a 3rd bedroom which is set up with a tv and sofa bed as a second living area (which could double for any guests staying over). Inludes Netflix, split systems in all the rooms, 2 built in wardrobes in bedroom and optional furnishings. Unfortunately until NBN arrives I have internet via wireless dongle it has 300GB which my housemate & I never used a quarter of, you are welcome to use this or if you think you'd like more can purchase separately. I also have a cleaner weekly that keeps things in tip top condition. To give a little context the room available is bedroom 2 in the floorplan with ensuite adjacent. Car parking is off street in front of garage as I have an old van that's my camping weekender in the garage.

I am open to having a talk about renting out the 3rd bedroom which would reduce the rent and bills a little. The household is fully furnished, but bedroom(s) are not. There is potentially some scope for accommodating more furniture if you have some. There is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, including split system heating/air conditioning, and most furnishings. The kitchen is stocked with practically all pots, pans, utensils, etc. ...and a dishwasher. There are 2 separate showers (one over a bath), two separate toilets, and Laundry with 10kg Washing machine. The room has sliding door to a small deck overlooking the front yard. A second, smaller room will potentially also be available- I'm happy to discuss... The backyard is large (roughly 1/4 acre) and consists of lawns, gardens, lawn, veggie patch and pond(s) that I am happy to continue maintaining. There is a large covered deck from where you can hear the tranquil sound of running water from the pond.

The property is fully fenced ( 6 foot fences ) with locked gates both at the rear entrance and at the front entrance. A remote gate for car access ( sometime we do have to manual open and close the remote gate when it decides it doesn’t want to work which seems to be a common thing ever now and then living so close to the beach).
