This townhouse is modern, clean and situated in a great location which is close to Mordialloc Main Street shops, the train station and a 1 minute drive to the beach/beach road. There is a lovely backyard with a veranda where we can open up the doors in the summer time and sit outside to have a BBQ and relax! The upstairs bedroom that is available is quite large, fits a queen bed and also shares a balcony with the other upstairs bedroom. The shared bathroom upstairs has a bath in it and all rooms have available air conditioning if needed to keep the place nice and cool in summer. There is unlimited internet available if needed which we can split 3 ways ($20 each per month). Bills are split 3 ways so they end up being pretty cheap (roughly $10-$15 per week). There is also 2 adorable little dogs that live here (indoor dogs) so you must be a dog lover! There is also a family day care that runs here from 8am - 6:30pm Monday-Friday but most people are working during these hours! I live and own a 2-bedroom unit in Bonbeach, only a few houses from the beach and about 6 houses from the train station, although surprisingly the trains are very quiet from the house. I'm an easy going 27 year old who is a full-time primary school teacher. I love my job and enjoy the accomplishment of feeling like you're doing something that makes a difference. It's such an amazing experience to know that you're contributing to the children of our future. I am patient, friendly and have a big value on manners. Although I look young, I feel I'm quiet mature and the ideal Saturday night to me would be curled up on the couch, watching an episode on Netflix and sipping on a nice warm cup of tea (although am also up for a glass or so). I have lived with friend's for years at a time in the past and love the idea of sharing my home with another like-minded individual. I enjoy watching Netflix, am a MAD Home and Away fan and enjoy reading mystery novels. I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. The house is a relaxing and respectful place rather than a 'party house', but you would be more that welcome to have any friends or family over at any time. I do have 2 indoor cats (although they spend most of their time in the outdoor cat run) and an indoor/outdoor small non-shedding dog, Lola. The house is fully furnished, including ducted heating, wall air-conditioning unit, clothes line, washing machine and all kitchen/living items. The bedroom is fully furnished with a built in cupboard, queen sized bed and bedside tables - all that you would need bedroom wise would be your own sheets/matress protector, doona, etc. There is one shared bathroom, although it is quite well-sized for a unit. Electricity/gas would be split 2 ways and I would ask that $30 be contributed to each water bill (it's usually around $300, but obviously as a renter it would be much less). There is no off-street parking, however there is plenty of parking on the street which many of the neighbours use.
