Our place is a low-maintenance three-bedroom house with a large garden. It is a little old but has been well-maintained and has everything we need. It's very homey and we love it! The house is on a quiet street and is a 15-minute walk to Chelsea shops, train station, and beach. Bicentennial park is also a block away. The place is mostly furnished (apart from your room) but we can be flexible if you have your own furniture/general household items. You would have the middle bedroom on the floor plan - plenty of cupboard space. You would be expected to sign on to the lease, which is valid until September 2020. I have made sure that everything is of the highest quality, with every appliance being SMEG (coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher,oven) ,LG 75 inch 4k smart TV with Stan and Netflix free to use in the living room, coupled with the top of the line LG sound bar + Ps4 and Xbox one. I also have unlimited internet with an average speed of 75mbs, for those who love gaming or live streaming 4k. The living area (top floor), has a balcony at either end, one with a view of the bay and the other being private to out the back. Heading down to the first floor, I have a separate toilet to the bathroom, both of which will only be shared by the successful housemates. The two rooms also have a balcony on the first floor, if you smoke or just like to have a chill outside, this would be ideal. At the ground floor, there is a large laundry with a washer/dryer combo. Cupboards for storage are also available if needed. There's a double garage, if you have a motorbike/jetski or some items that need to be stored, I can fit them in. I will have my car in this garage, along with other items of mine, meaning, cars will need to be parked out the back, in the private parking area. Ideally the housemates I am after, WILL have a steady job and have their lives sorted out. Late 20's to early 30's would be perfect.
