About the property
The house is HUGE. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom (there is a toilet downstairs), double garage, big yard which is handy for those who like to play in the garden or have a pet (the house accepts pets :) btw), and it is a standalone house, so no wall sharing or hearing your next door neighbors.
Currently it's myself and my two housemates (27M + 31M) + housemates dog, alas we are losing a friend and are looking to fill his room. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom (toilet with shower and bathub) with Kyle (27M).
Kyle is a teacher and has a lovely dog who lives with us.
Currently we are looking for someone to take the room in the red rectangle, as our previous housemate is moving closer to his job down the peninsula.
This room has all the northern light, so its the best room in winter thats for sure. The room doesnt share any walls with other rooms so you get privacy, also it is at the back of the house so dont get sounds from the street. It is also fitted with a spacious wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrored doors and its own AC unit.
Currently there is a double bed, a huge desk with PC and recording equipment and perhaps 5 guitars. Our leaving housemate is a musician as you can tell.
We are currently on month to month so if you are after a long term deal I would suggest you sign the lease.
Although the house is fitted with all the necessary furniture and electronics, You are welcome to bring some items if you need to.

About the flatmates
I'm a 35-year-old originally from Colombia who works full time in engineering and enjoys hiking, good food, gigs and festivals. I also like to drink, but I am trying to be good and keeping it at the weekends only, but will not say no to a cheeky drink if prompted.
I was a Melbourne resident for 13 years before seeking the tree change in 2020 down in Hobart, alas, I am back baby!
I love a clean and tidy home, that is respectful, and therefore comfortable, with loads of mood lighting (kill the big light please) and many plants (not a must but i like them and I have some but lets get more)- the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
The other housemate is a 27 year old male. He is a PE and maths teacher and works fiull time. He and his fur baby live with us, Panda.
I don't mind us having friends over - as far as it isnt disturbing the sleep of the household (i need my 9 hrs) and it's always respectful and mindful of your housemates.
As for meals, we rather not share meals as we have different diets and schedules but wouldn't be opposed to have a shared dinner here and there
bills will be split evenly between all the housemates (gas, electricity, water and internet).
I want my housemates to be people that are good at communicating, sharing duties around the house, take pride in a clean and tidy home, hold full time jobs and are punctual with paying rent and bills.
Also its important you have a sense of humor, are not grumpy, and are an overall nice human being :)
