The house is 1min walking distance to the bus stop that can take you to the beach, aprox 10min traveling time, and Springvale and Springvale South shopping centre as well as Sprinvale and Editvale Train Station. Another bus line can take you to Modialloc Train Station and Modialloc beach. There is a lake within the estate that you can enjoy walking around the lake, doing exercise as well as going for coffee, breakfast or brunch.

We are a friendly family with two kids and our parents stay with us. Currently there are 2 high school students staying with us. There is an extra spare room with ensuite to welcome a student. We would like to have non smoking femal student.
At free time, we enjoy watching movie with kids and driving and traveling.
