It’s located on a quiet street off glen Huntley road which means you have an easy walk to the Main Street which is full of shops plus easy to get to tram stops and 10 min walk to elsternwick train station. Only 10 minute drive from Elwood beach also: there is plenty of parking if you have a car and a small court yard which we have started vege garden in. I’m easy going guy who works Monday to Friday, don’t mind to socialise but also love my down time. Don’t mind a beer or 2 on the weekends. Looking for someone that works full time , keeps a tidy environment, is punctual with rent and is easy to get along with and communicate . No pets sorry unless it’s super cool. The place is 60s style and in really good condition. There are polished floor boards, split system heating and cooling in the main living area. There is a huge kitchen with dishwasher and large garden out the back. The place is more like a home than a house. It’s a great price for elsternwick and is pretty close to the shops and not far from Elsternwick train station.
