This house is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with spacious rooms and high ceilings! There is a lovely plant-filled front yard as well as cozy front and back porches for enjoying nice days. The room up for rent is at the front of the house with three windows that look out towards the front yard. It also has a closet and will come furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair, book shelves, closet organizers, a bedside table, and two small lamps. You will also have access to a shared living room with a tv and a cushy sofa, and the kitchen already stocked with essential kitchenware. The bathroom is shared between you and two others (one person has an ensuite). Bills and house expenses are split evenly amongst everyone and are paid monthly, which are generally quite cheap. There is central heating for the cold winter days and the brick walls keep it cool in the summers. The house has a bus stop directly in front as well as easy access to a tram stop which goes directly into the city.
