The fully equipped, neat and spacious kitchen makes it easy to cook to your heart's content.
The railway station is a 5 minute power walk away. There are bus stops and tram stops within 100 metres.
The room itself has a king single bed but you are free to furnish with your own if you prefer.
Please note there is only limited on-street parking available.
My only stipulations are that smoking and/or vaping be enjoyed outside please and that the room is for one person only. Sorry, this place ain't big enough for 3.
Weekly rent, plus bond and $100 deposit for utilities(with any excess refunded) will be required up front. B.y.o. internet.
