Modern 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom Apartment in perfect Elsternwick location!

Enjoy a stay in my apartment, as my housemate has recently moved out.

I am planning to move out also, but not yet so I would love someone to join me for a month or so 🙂

Dates available: 3 Feb - 8th March 2025 (somewhat flexible)

Ideally you’d stay that whole time, however I am open to having someone in for 2-3 weeks within that time.

Building is on a quiet street, but only 30m walk to main road with supermarket and many many amazing cafes and restaurants!

Tram stop literally at the door step.

6min drive to the beach.

Lots of natural light coming from living room and both bedrooms.

Large balcony to enjoy the sunshine, though has a high wall blocking a view.

Epic comfy couch, large TV (with all streaming services). PlayStation also here.

Split system heating/air-con in living space and also both bedrooms.

Rent includes Internet Wifi + all bills.

Looking for:

- Someone friendly, respectful and tidy. I love a chat but also love downtime… also I will probably be gone 1/2 the time at my partner’s house so you’ll have a few free nights to enjoy the place!

- non-smoking (not in the apartment anyway)
- no pets

Note: I will likely arrange for a spare bed/mattress for you but let me know if you have your own and willing to move it in for your duration.
