About the home - The spacious two bedroom and two bathroom apartment has a cosy living area that opens out to the balcony with a panoramic view towards Mt. Keira, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining area, laundry room, a storage cabinet and a balcony. The property is partly furnished. Both the rooms have plenty of storage space and huge windows that face the spectacular view. The location is excellent and convenient, off Princes Highway and less than 10 mins to the city. The apartment is very secure and the guests can access the swimming pool, gym and tennis court as well. There is a designated parking space in the apartment (the one for this unit is closest to the lift so that's great), extra visitor's parking and free bike parking. The location and neighbourhood are excellent, one thing for sure is that you'd never go hungry around here, with lots of drive-thrus and restaurants located right outside the apartment and supermarkets are less than 5 mins away. UOW would take about 4 mins, the city is 10mins away and N. Wollongong station is 5 mins away too About the lease - The pictures don't do the place any justice, and since I've been travelling, haven't been able to take more pictures but I will upload detailed pictures of everything soon. My partner and I moved in about two months ago and we are looking for someone to take over the lease for the house. The lease is for 6 months, until April next year and due to a change of plans, we are leaving the country early in December. The apartment is amazing, I honestly haven't had any complaints and I will miss this place. It's a great value property considering it's location, quality, large area and the facilities.
The room is a spacious single room for rent from 18th November 2019. You will be sharing the house with 3 more people, including us as a young married working couple. We have our ensuit bathroom so you will only share the bathroom with 1 more tenant. The room is fully furnished with ensuit wardrobe, single bed, study desk and chair. The room is separated with the rest of the house by a sun room where you can hang your clothes for dry or do a bit of morning exercise with the sun light beaming in. The house has living room, kitchen and a back yard deck (our favorite spot for coffee or bbq lunch) which you can use as parts of the common shared living area. The house has a great location with 3 mins walking to Woolworths, 10 mins walk to free bus stop 55A or 55C, and 10 mins drive to Wollongong university or the city mall, also 6 mins drive to Towradgi beach or 10 mins drive to Wollongong beach.
Amazing location! Super close to the beach, shops and public transport (incl. free bus stops and the station). The house has a relaxed vibe, with floorboards throughout, a grass area at the front and a bbq area at the back. Room 1 (blue) is the master and has a double BIW and ceiling fan. Room 2 (yellow) comfortably fits a double bed, desk, drawers, clothes rack. Each room comes with a car space! Note: move in date flexible but preferably near that date.
