Also included is a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, individual food cupboard and all furniture is supplied. It has a pool table room downstairs.
A cleaner is supplied regularly for the common areas, the applicant is expected to contribute to the cleaning of the kitchen and routine tasks of running a house.
The house is well positioned, well maintained and pleasant to live in with no parasites.
It has everything a student needs at no extra costs including internet and household supplies. We have one Room available now either furnished or BYO.
