Villa is fully furnished - except the unfurnished bedroom that is available for rent. Has an outdoor courtyard with washing line, a shared bathroom, plus a second toilet in laundry. A shared uncovered parking space is available for a vehicle, plus street parking.

No smokers and no pets.

Great location, close to public transport (bus and train), free bus stop. Easy to walk or get the bus to the shops, TAFE, UOW campus and the beach. Located close to the Princes Highway, close to North Wollongong Station and buses : Free bus 55A, 55C, 3, 7, 8, 90.

$300 per week.
