About the property

The house is mostly furnished, with shared living spaces already set up, but there’s still room if you have a few of your own things. The available bedroom itself is unfurnished and a good size — it can comfortably fit a double bed and a desk. It also has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.
The house has one main bathroom and three toilets, so there’s never much waiting around. There’s a massive yard, plus a garage and a shed for extra storage.
We have a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning in the living room, and the house gets lots of natural light in every room, which makes it feel bright and comfortable.
The location is a big bonus — we’re about a 20-minute walk to the beach, perfect if you like being outdoors or staying active.

About the flatmates

Hi! I’m Jasmine, a nurse originally from England, living here with my partner Sam, who’s a physio. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share our home.
We’re both pretty active and love being outdoors and trying new things. I keep busy with the gym, Pilates and running, as well as creative projects and reading. Sam is similar but swaps the creative stuff for football and futsal. On weekends we’re usually relaxed and social in a low-key way and enjoy a couple of drinks now and then.
We’re clean, considerate and easygoing, and we value open communication. The house isn’t a party house, but it’s warm, friendly and comfortable.
Sam also has a border collie who lives with us. She’s well trained and part of the household, but she doesn’t get along with other dogs, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional pets.
We’re ideally looking for someone tidy, friendly and respectful who’s looking for a calm, balanced home. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!
