The bed frame and furniture in the photos are available to be kept if you need it, or if you have your own furniture we can get rid of it. The room available is carpeted and fits either a single, king single or double bed as well as a clothing rack, bedside table, shelves and other small furniture (desk). Internet is fast and paid monthly ($15 per month). The room is at the back of the house and the window opens onto the back garden/pool area. The house is an old style house with a big kitchen, pool out the back, veranda at the front and even a built in bar! It is close to public transport (both Hamilton and Broadmeadow train stations) and is a 2 minute drive from supermarkets, 10 min drive from uni and also close to buses that go to the uni. Located behind a school on a quiet street in a good neighborhood, and only a 5 min walk to Beaumont St which has Hamilton's best pubs and cafes. There is always lots of parking on the street outside. The house is an older style with 3 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. Third bedroom has a desk and some of my stuff, room for more 'stuff' if needed. Has two toilets and a great back deck to chill out on in summer with the onshore breeze. Secure fenced and well kept yard. Yard maintenance is my responsibility. Parking is on the street and there is some space in the garage for storage. Close to the beach and 20mins walk to the ferry. Gas cooking and instantaneous hot water for long showers, no bath however. The room is about 3.7mx2.5m. You also get a little study nook not in your room that is 1.15mx2.4m. So although the room isn't massive you have a separate area to turn into a study or wardrobe or what ever you want. The whole house is furnished by the other house mates. We have the cutest back yard which is perfect to sit out in summer or winter to get the rays of sunlight and also perfect if you want to have friends over for catch ups :). This property is good because the neighbours all look out for one another. It’s also a nice open space with a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom with a huge yard and two sheds that can be used.
