Its a great place situated in a quiet coldersack. It is a semi small home but its great, you can do your own thing. The bedroom can fit a queen bed and bedside tables, it does have some shelving. We have storage in the garage and a linen closet. You will be living with two awesome cats, one indoor and one outdoor and one puppy. You have to be good with animals and be understanding as one cat is indoor and uses a litter and the puppy uses puppy pads however he has an accident sometimes. The train station is a 5 minute drive away and a 1 k walk, theres coles and a subway and liquor land just up the road about a 15min walk, and down the other end theres a maccas, coles, noodlebox, gym and brackenridge tafe.

Great location, Coles and other shops are 2 mins away. 2 mins in the other direction is a large family park. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and the area is peaceful. Its set in a new estate so its a nice place to go for walks. The house itself has 3 decent sized rooms, a large kitchen with fridge and plenty of cupboard space. The rest of the house is fully furnished (couches/tvs etc) but I'm happy to be flexible if you have your own stuff that you'd like to bring. The pics currently show the room as an office but obviously this will all be removed before you move in. Its just to give you an idea of the size of the room. The house is hooked up with NBN internet which is included in the rent, all other bills are additional and will be split 50/50. I have 2 small dogs but they keep to themselves and will probably become your best friends!
