Super cute home in a lovely neighbourhood!
We’re offering a bright, comfortable room in our well-kept home. Its an unfurnished room with a built-in wardrobe, and you’ll have the main bathroom and separate toilet to yourself.
The house is light and bright with open plan commual areas. There is ducted aircon throughout the house and ceiling fans (including in the bedrooms). We have a nice outdoor patio and small backyard area. Its a quiet street with heaps of street parking available. We moved in recently so the house is mostly set up, we just don't have outdoor furniture, so if you have some (or anything else) you'd like to bring let us know!
We are in a good location, local shops are just 5 minutes away, and Carseldine train station is less than 5 minutes by car or about a 15-minute walk. If you like the outdoors there are nice walking tracks through Fitzgibbon bushland nearby, and the Sandgate foreshore is only a 10-minute drive away. We are well connected with the gateway and bruce highway and its only 50 minutes to the Sunshine Coast!

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re Freya (24) and Jasper (25)
We’re a couple looking for a friendly, easy-going roommate to move into our home in Fitzgibbon. We’re both pretty relaxed people and love spending time outdoors — surfing, hiking, camping, beach days, pretty much anything outdoors!
Jasper works full-time as a civil engineer and Freya is currently studying OT while working part-time, so we’re usually fairly busy during the week and tend to be in and out. We like to keep the house reasonably neat and tidy, so we’d love someone who’s a similar vibe.
We like being social and are always up for a chat/ to do things together but are also happy if someone prefers their time alone :) Whether you’re someone who likes to keep to yourself or join in from time to time, we’re easy either way. Ideally we'd like someone who is looking for something longer-term.
Mostly, we’re just looking for someone who’s considerate, friendly, and easy to live with, and who wants a relaxed, respectful place to call home.
