We have a room to rent in our shared house in Fitzgibbon.

It’s a great room and a great house in a nice, friendly neighbourhood.

It’s also very conveniently located, being a 5-minute walk to the Bracken Ridge Plaza (Coles, a petrol station, McDonald’s, a gym, butchers, bakers, medical centre and other services) and a 10-minute drive to both Chermside and the waterfront at Sandgate.

The house is perfectly set for public transport, being a 10 minute drive / 25 minute walk to Carseldine station and a 20 minute walk to the bus stop (330 and 327 routes).

If you have your own vehicle, on-street parking is available.

The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom is not. So you will have to bring your own furniture for the room.

Importantly, we offer a periodic lease and are flexible with how long you want to stay for.
