You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. Hey folks, we have a room available in a great pad in Subiaco. We're just off Rokeby road, with Coles next door and a 5 minute walk to subi station. Plus there's the whole subi strip to enjoy. We're an easy going bunch looking for someone fun and friendly to live with. You would be living with 3 guys in our late 20's. We're looking for $140 a week + bills and the bond is $560.
