It's also in a great location, 10min to the city, 5-10min to the beach, short stroll to the Wembley hotel, quality cafes, shops and 24hr IGA. Rent is $350 per week for the room and would be ideally suited to a working prossional or couple. It's hard to fault anything about this place. Sad to be moving out! Beautiful renovated unit in the heart of Wembley - only a 5 min drive to City Beach, less than 15 min to the city and Scarborough Beach and only 20 min to Fremantle... great location! Public transport right outside the complex and nearest train station is Leederville. There's shops only a short stroll away - 24 hour IGA, post office, chemist, we're on the main road so you'll find everything you need. Alternatively there's Floreat mall, 15 min walk. The flat has one living area, with a dining room and a compact kitchen. It's pretty tidy and easy to clean. We got a dishwasher and aircon :) and there's a car bay if you've got a vehicle.

You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. No couples please. Let us know if you're keen!
A cute little townhouse type place in Subi. It has 3 bedrooms but just looking to fill one as I feel the house is big enough for 2 people. The house is in a really central spot - train to the city is 15 minutes and only a 7 minute walk to the train station. You can also get the bus to the city which is about 20 minutes. Coles and a lovely private owned grocers down the road - 5 minutes walk. On saturdays there are farmers markets literally 3 minute walk away - has beautiful fresh veggies and yummy baked goods! Not far from Kings Park for a walk in the evening. Also 12 minutes drive to City beach!
