A bit about the house: The townhouse is very new and was built in 2012 (ish). It is a contemporary 3 bedroom townhouse split over 3 levels. It is part of a row of 6 townhouses in a relatively quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. The bottom level has a 2 car garage (shared on a rotating basis), the laundry and an outdoor courtyard with a clothes line.
