About the flatmates
The room is very large, double bed, desk & chair, lounge chair, easy chairs, wardrobe, cupboards etc. The fee is $260 per week for one person or $330 per week for a couple. Other three tenants in this house are Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) post graduate students who enjoy the convenience of just a five minute walk to ADFA - no need to own a car. The house is fully furnished but the share tenant will need to supply own bed linen. This location also works well for Defence personnel who work at Russell or Campbell Park (10 min walk to work). Prefer 20+ years, male, female, or a couple. Share tenant/s will have own room and access to all common property, including a large kitchen, lounge room and internet and huge back yard. No smoking or pets. Cost of common consumables is shared by all on a pro rata basis. The house ethos is one of flexibility and accommodating peoples interests and preferences.
