About Me:
Hi! I’m Helena I’m 29, originally from New Zealand, and working full-time as a Jeweller here in Canberra. I’m friendly, independent, and enjoy a peaceful home life. I like to keep shared spaces clean and cozy, but I’m not over-the-top about anything. I’m pretty low-key during the week, think tea, Netflix, and early-ish nights. On weekends I like to be out exploring, bike riding, at the markets, or gym.
I value open communication, a sense of humour, and respecting each other’s space.
My ideal flatmate:

• Tidy and respectful of shared spaces

The room comes unfurnished, has a wardrobe and mirror, bills are seperate, you will have your own bathroom in the room opposite, parking is included in the underground garage. Also some small storage space in the garage cage.
